RETURNS & EXCHANGES

A clear policy, presented with care.

At AXIOM Fragrance, each order is prepared with care and intention. Due to the personal nature of fragrance products, all fragrance sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for opened, used, or unwanted items, including requests based on scent preference or change of mind.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 3 days of confirmed delivery at hello@axiomfragrance.com. Please include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and shipping box so we can review the issue.

All claims must be approved by AXIOM Fragrance before any item is returned. Items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

If the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect due to our error, AXIOM Fragrance will determine the appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by our error.

We do not guarantee a refund or replacement for minor packaging wear incurred during transit that does not affect the product itself.
